For more than 10 years, we’ve supported farmers across a wide range of operations. One thing has become clear: no two farms are the same, and a one-size-fits-all price doesn’t reflect the real value our product delivers.

Rather than free trials or generic pricing, we take a personal, relationship-led approach. Most farmers come to us through word of mouth — from people already using our product and seeing real results. That trust matters to us.

Why We Don’t Offer Free Trials

We’ve learned that free trials create interest, not commitment. What delivers real outcomes is working closely with farmers who are serious about improving their operation. That’s where we add the most value and build the long-term relationships we’re known for.

Why We Charge a Setup Fee

Our setup fee is a commitment from both sides — and it allows us to fully invest in your success.

Personal onboarding

You’ll receive a three-month onboarding programme with a dedicated support specialist — real farmers who use our product every day and understand your industry.

Fair, locked-in pricing

Your annual subscription is tied to the year you joined and remains locked in for as long as you’re with us. While new subscriptions update each year on 1 January, existing customers only see occasional, standard inflation adjustments.

Everything included

We don’t charge per user or restrict features. You get full access to everything we’ve built — and everything we’ll build in the future — with unlimited users and unlimited data.

How It Works

Once you decide to join, your setup fee is invoiced and must be paid before account handover. Your three-month onboarding then begins.
Your first annual subscription is invoiced 60 days after handover, giving you two full months of support before your subscription starts.
