(collectively, "Resolution app", "we", "us", and "our") collects, uses and discloses information related to our website available at www.resolutionapp.co.nz and all content or information therein and any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Site"), our software, Apps, and our products and services (collectively, the "Service"), and explains your choices regarding the collection, modification and use of such information. By accessing or using our Service, you ("you") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to in the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is at all times subject to the Terms of Service located at www.resolutionapp.co.nz ("Terms"), which incorporates this Privacy Policy. If we accidentally collect a child's personal data without verified prior consent from the child's parents, we will attempt to delete the data as soon as possible.

If you purchase products or services, then we or our third party payment processor will also ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address.
